Matla Group was responsible for completely redesigning this fifty year old, established drug and convenience store chain throughout Manhattan and surrounding boroughs. Over 200 locations were renovated to transform the dark and cluttered stores into brighter, easily accessible and brand-focused shopping environments. Custom fixtures and color coded way finding signs helped to improve sight lines and create appealing visual merchandising opportunities for the myriad of brands and products carried at Duane Reade. New exterior facades incorporate the fresh, bold corporate logo, allowing for strong impact and visibility for Duane Reade and their customers.
